Isotope labeling

With the application of peptides in biomedicine, the demand for labeled and modified peptides is increasing, and the demand for quality is also increasing. Stable isotope labeling is a typical one. Stable isotope labeling can be used to study the metabolic pathway of peptides and track the changes of the position and quantity of peptides in vivo or in vitro at any time. Isotopic labeling has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple localization and accurate quantification, which makes isotopic modification receive more and more attention in the fields of medicine and biochemistry.
Stable Isotope Polypeptide Classification:

  1. N15 labeled isotopic polypeptide
  2. C13 labeled isotopic polypeptide
  3. N15, C13 Double Labeled Isotopic Peptides

The difference between isotopically labeled polypeptides and common peptides is that C in one or several amino acids is replaced by C13 or N is replaced by N15.

Advantages of isotopic labeling:

The folding sensitivity is high, the folding method is simple, the folding location is accurate and the folding quantity conforms to the physiological condition.

Company advantages:
The stable isotopic peptides were synthesized by using high quality N15, C13 labeled Fmoc amino acids Arg, Val, Leu and other raw materials. The product was purified by HPLC. The final product is provided with corresponding mass spectrograms, HPLC chromatograms for purity analysis, and COA.

Synthetic cases (examples):

1. IVNNDFNFNDVNFR(13C6,15N4)
2. LTVAGESFTVK(13C6,15N2)
3. Ac-[Ile(13C)]-Tyr-Gly-Glu-Phe-NH2
